Saturday: 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M.

Sponsors may arrive anytime during these hours on Friday to check in and set up.  Come when it’s easiest for you. Please do not line up hoping to be the first one, everyone is assigned a space and there is plenty of room for everyone to get unloaded easily. Relax, it is going to be a great weekend.

Gate Closes and will be locked at 8:00 p.m. No one will be permitted to drive in and set-up after that time and the DPD officers have been instructed.

Please enter Reverchon Park from the Main Park Entrance at the Intersection of Turtle Creek Blvd. and Maple Ave.
Use coordinates for 3598 Maple Ave., Dallas, TX. 75219

Proceed forward past the Check-In RV, park at the end of the circle and come back to the RV to check in.  You must park on the correct side of the road. When you leave your vehicle, make sure you have your ID, your License Plate number for both your car and your trailer.

Please, only one person in the RV at a time.
You should have your Identification, your tag number for your automobile and if you have a trailer the tag number for your trailer also.

If you have TWO vehicles (ONLY ONE is PERMITTED in at a time). It is up to you to coordinate.
You can not leave it at check-in and come back and get it.  There is parking along Turtle Creek Blvd. across from the park, which can be used for extra vehicles.

Collect your booth sign and you will be directed to an Event Staff member who will show you to your booth.
One of our staff members will walk you to your booth and show you where to set-up.

EVERYONE SHOULD PLAN TO USE A DOLLY OR WAGONS TO GET THEIR THINGS INTO THEIR BOOTH SPACE.
Come prepared. Everyone will be located on the UPPER LAWN AREA.

You must unload, Move your vehicle and then come set-up. NOT set-up your tent, and then unpack, sitting up while you there. You have all day – all day to set-up your space, once you move your vehicle.

Only AFFPS staff will be directed to give an answer, please do not ask a DPD Officer or the Parks Department representative, they will simply send you back to us.

We expect you to unload as quickly as possible and remove your vehicle to the street parking area so that other artists may make their way in. There is plenty of time, and we are setting up alongside the paved walkways. So no one has to carry items across grass, dirt, etc….  We will also have limited use of the golf carts, my staff will not unload your vehicle. Bring a friend or family member.

Parking is outside the park in public parking (on the public streets).

After unloading, proceed to parking.  Once your vehicle is parked and all of your things are at your booth, you may return on foot to start setting up.

TRAILER PARKING:
There is a limited number of spaces at the rear of the event parking area, that will be monitored by DPD Officers. If you have a trailer, we will be able to accommodate a space there on-site. All trailers on-site must have an event tag attached or they will be removed by the City.

Have a question, drop me an email, I will be glad to answer it.

Note: You may have your own logo tent (with appropriate weights, etc.), and it is not required to be white.
